Your home is your refuge. We take the health and safety of our community seriously, and aim to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. We are now offering two types of complimentary no-contact virtual consultations for our interior design services:

  • Video Call Consultations – This is possible using Zoom, Facetime, and Google Meet. Together, we will virtually tour your home and discuss your ideas.
  • Phone Call Consultations – If you prefer not to video chat, we are happy to look at pictures and any existing floor plans available of your home’s interior and discuss your project over the phone. 

We make the process as seamless as possible. Based on our discussions, we create a design for you that reflects your needs and tastes using products from our wide array of trusted and well-known suppliers. We’re there every step of the way from inspiration to installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the process work?

We will schedule a virtual consultation at a mutually convenient time where you can take us on a tour of your home, ending up in the space/spaces you would like to focus on. We will then discuss your needs, preferences and design inspiration. We will speak briefly about the products and materials that can help achieve your design goal. We will then discuss a budget for the project and set a total investment you are comfortable with. Finally we will end with setting a date and time for our second virtual meeting during which we will present to you a proposed lay-out of the space and of all the selected products, finishes and materials.

How do I pay for your design services?

There is no charge for our initial virtual consultation. Then depending on the size and scope of the work involved in making this vision a reality, any additional design fees can be discussed during our budget conversation.

How long does the design process take?

Depending on the size and scope of the work involved, a design can be ready to present within one to two weeks from the initial consultation

How will the design be presented?

We will put together a very user friendly presentation utilizing 3D software which will enable you to virtually enter your space, view your design and walk through it. Further to this we will also present to you a mood board of all your products, finishes and materials.

What if we need to measure a space?

We will do everything possible to verify site measurements required before placing our orders. Following whatever practices are in place at the respective time, we can arrange a time for safe entry of your home to quickly measure the area in question or if you prefer we can walk you through taking site measurements together, virtually and of course we can also refer to any existing floor plans or builder plans you have readily available.

What if I want to see fabric, rug and paint samples?

If you would still like to touch, feel and see the selected finishes in person, we can come up with a plan to do so while always following whatever the proper regulations and precautions are in place at any given time during these ever changing times of COVID-19.

Will I be able to receive a hard copy of my room design?

Absolutely! Once we have a signed agreement and are under contract to move forward together, we will release the design to you.
