Consulting services are $175/hour with a 3 hour minimum. Examples include but are not limited to paint consultation, new build finish selections, staging consulting, and home décor selection.

Space Planning & Layout

Our space planning services are perfect for those that live in smaller spaces, like condos, and need to maximize their space.

We will provide you with a comprehensive space plan for all of your existing furniture and identify the layouts for new items if you don’t have everything.

Here’s what you get:

  • Professional measuring tools and tips
  • Lifestyle and Specific Needs Questionnaire or a 30 minute phone consultation with a designer
  • A Floor Plan based on the information you provide above
  • A Storage solution plan if required
  • Designer tips and tricks for making your space plan work

Our space planning services start at $175/hour with a 4 hour minimum.

Interior Design Plan Only

Looking for just a design plan? We will create a mood board and tailored interior design plan for your space, including a floor plan, mood board showing colour, furniture and materials suggestions, product links with details.

Here’s what you get:

  • Includes a 30-minute phone or virtual consultation with a designer
  • Tailored design plan for your space, including a floor plan, mood board showing colour, furniture and materials suggestions, a generalized shopping list
  • 2-week turnaround with one revision included

Design fee starting at $650 per room. Pricing will be determined based on scale of project.

Interior Design Plan & Products

We will create a design plan tailored to your individual needs and procure the products so you don’t need to worry about a thing! We will work with you from inspiration to installation on your interior design project making the process as stress free as possible.

Here’s what you get:

  • Includes a 1 hour phone or virtual consultation with a designer
  • Tailored design plan for your space, including a floor plan, mood board showing colour, furniture and materials suggestions, a specific itemized shopping list with pricing and links to buy products directly from us
  • 3-week design plan turnaround with two revisions included (product delivery estimate will be given at time of product selection).

Design fee starting at $800 per room + cost of products. Pricing to be determined based on scale of project.
